Allfields is a New Zealand based Change and Adoption company which offers a range of consulting services to clients. Our core services are: Change Management, Training Design & Delivery, Digital Learning, and Office Template Development.

Why choose us?

There are other technology change consultants and training companies but none approach helping their clients in quite the same way we do. So, what makes us really different?

Allfields have a very rare ability in being able to turn a technology project into a people project. We are innovative, authentic (as in real), creative and customer success focussed, through experience we guide, navigate, lead, champion, and help transition people successfully through change.

We make change and adoption projects, all about you, not all about us.

Our passion is in helping organisations and their people embrace and get and confidently use new technology – it is a several step process and allfields will be there for every step.

Leadership Team

Shiree Hart

  • Shiree is a founder of allfields, starting the business with Peter in 1999.

    Starting out as a trainer, then moving to a change manager, Shiree has led allfields and also some of the New Zealand's most significant change projects. This included leading the change for all the tools and apps that formed the country's Covid response in 2000.

    Shiree still loves working on client projects and loves helping clients deliver great results.

    Leading allfields is indeed a privilege and a responsibility she thrives on.

Jo Warren

  • Jo works with clients and staff to ensure we are offering the very best value for money, that our deliverables are the best they can be, and that we have the resourcing right, on every project.

    Jo has a tremendous amount of experience that only comes from time spent doing the work. She has been a change lead with allfields since 2014 and has lead many of our country's most complex change programmes.

    Trusted as a leader in the field of Change Management, Jo has enormous respect with staff and clients alike.

Peter Bergantino

  • Peter is one of the founders of Allfields. He is also a Director of Allfields.

    Today, Peter spends the majority of his time with our product team which is focussed on building learning software. Our workplace products include cognise and courso.

Jess Taylor

  • Jess is a very experienced and trusted Change Consultant and has worked for allfields for 6 years.

    Within a very short space of time Jess was leading either the change, or the adoption work streams (sometimes both) on client projects.

    Jess is our go to for all things creative in projects and is expert at presenting change or adoptions plans and materials in a way that works for the client's audience.

    Jess thrives on responsibility and is a well deserved addition to our allfields leadership team.

Nicky Ward

  • Nicky manages all of our contracts as well as other financial matters.

    Nicky is a long serving staff member and has worked for allfields for 8 years and is a life long, squash and school friend of Shiree.

    There is a lot that needs to go one each month from contracts to variations to invoicing, timesheets, and payments.

Harvee Hart

  • Residing in Wellywood, Harvee Whitaka Hart is our Chief Mental Health Officer and a well known adventure capitalist.

    Harvee works with everyone to make life more fun and enjoyable. He is known to have a large bone appetite.

    One super power of Harvee's is his ability to sniff out and find hidden tennis balls. He can locate them out where no one could possibly know or see one. he then proceeds to carry the ball for 2-3 kilometres. His dream holiday would be Wimbledon.
