What we do

Allfields prepare and deliver training for technology rollouts and system upgrades. We offer instruction and digital learning experience in a range of technologies and software including Microsoft®, SalesForce, Oracle®, SAP®, TechnologyOne®, ECMS, and bespoke systems.

Allfields is an approved panel member on the All of Government (AoG) Consultancy Services, Business Change (Tier 1) and Human Resources (Tier 1).

Allfields is also an approved supplier on NZ Government Marketplace for Consultancy and Professional Services.

How we can help

We can help in a number of ways. We can develop an entire training strategy as well as digital resources, and delivery options. We actively work with the chosen vendors and suppliers as well as your internal team to deliver the most time and cost-effective training solution for your people.

We will ensure your training strategy is implemented in a smooth and timely fashion. We prepare staff through introduction workshops and readiness training, engaging digital content, through to face-to-face classroom courses once a rollout is underway. This is backed up and reinforced by floor-walking support post implementation, classroom refresher sessions and online content.

Digital Development

We craft engaging digital content. Our wonderfully talented team and learning experience designers use a number of recognised industry tools to build rich content which is normally outputted as Video (.mp4) format, or interactive (HTML5).

We also offer our world class training platform Cognise that facilitates uptake of new technologies being rolled out. Cognise is a cloud platform used to centrally manage, deliver, and track the learning experiences of employees, contractors, suppliers, and customers.
